It has been hard all week because I was at my moms and had to eat what she served and I really didn't have anyway to track my food. The good thing is that I was really busy I dropped another 2.2 lbs.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 April 2015:
1375 kcal Fat: 61.10g | Prot: 62.19g | Carb: 145.45g.   Breakfast: Lemon, Swiss Cheese, Onions, Mushrooms, Egg, IHOP Seasoned Hash Browns. Dinner: Great Value Saltine Crackers, Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. Snacks/Other: Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Nutrimed Protein Shake - Strawberry Creme, Cranberry Juice, Crunch 'n Munch Caramel Popcorn with Peanuts. more...
