WooHoo!! Lost 2 more lbs.! Hope now I can keep it off. Just started Round 2 of P90X, so we'll see how that goes. I haven't been in the 130's since last summer and then I was low 130's so that would be nice to see again someday. Wow, who would have thought that if I just eat healthier and exercise I could actually lose weight. Why didn't I think of this sooner? Now if I can just keep it together and not lose my motivation.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
