this was the first weekend in a very long time I did not gain weight. it's early in the week I'm on a roll now. 250s here I come I hope I can get there by the fourth that would be great.
263.3 lb Lost so far: 66.7 lb.    Still to go: 62.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
