It's hard for me to keep track of my TOTAL carbs when people keep changing the info. Especially for Atkins bars. I just got a snotty email because I changed the info to what it says on the package. I GET the whole net carbs thing and subtracting the sugar alcohol and all that...but I feel the nutritional info should reflect what it says on the package. I guess I'm the minority. Just had to VENT.

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 June 2011:
