I think I'm finallt noticing my weight loss. Sunday I was able to wear a shirt without feeling so self conscious about my fat roll showing. It wasn't black and it wasn't 2 sizes to big for me. I still had to wear a fat sucker underneath BUT I was happy with the way it looked. My partner complimented me as well. It felt good. We went to a Strawberry Festival sunday, so I was out in public, and I wasn't as self conscious as I usually am. There were so many people there that my anxiety got pretty high, BUT we stayed for a few hours and that is such a major accomplishment for me. It felt really good. I also fell in love with the town we were in. Cedarburg WI is SUCH a cute town! We will def go back and explore all the cute shops. It was kind of hard yesterday as there were literally thousands of people there.

My weekend food had some bad items. Saturday I was looking forward to trying this new pizza place for dinner and was sadly dissappointed. The food really sucked. I hate when I allow myself to have a splurge and the food sucks. Oh well. Yesterday I did good until last night when I decided to have a few cookies. Brought my carbs up a bit but not extremely high. I honestly don't care about the splurges. I prob walked 5 miles both sat and sun so I at least got some exercise in. In order to maintain my eating I need a splurge now and then. I don't think anything is wrong with that.

My short term goal is to be down to 320 or below by the time my mom comes to visit, which is July 15. She hasn't seen me since Christmas so I want the weight loss to def be noticable. I think that weekend we are also going down to ILL for my nephwes BDAY so the rest of my fam will see me as well. It will be nice to be more then 50lbs down. I'm hoping maybe my sis will get inspired to try to get healthy herself. i worry about her health. We will see I guess. Another short term goal is to walk 1-2 miles a day. I decided yesterday I really NEED to get outside more. My anxiety is just OOC and I need to tackle that. SOOoo hopefully that will go as planned.

This week is scrub the house week. We are getting some new items for the house so I'm excited. I LOVE decorating so it will be so much fun!

I know what you mean about the clothes. It feel really good when you can wear clothes and feel confident or not have to feel self conscious about it. Don't worry about splurging from time to time. Your mindset determines your weight loss as much as your food. Its good to give yourself a break every few days for many reasons. Your body needs cals and if your drastically reducing your weekly intake then having that day off tells your body that it doesnt need to go into starvation mode. You can obtain all your goals. Stay positive and make the best of the journey that is ahead of you. Keep it up!

That sounds like so much fun! Good for you for putting yourself out there and taking control of your anxiety! I think your goals sound fantastic and I really hope you get there! I love decorating as well and usually my house would be all summer looking but yea...I hate being there most the time and on the weekends I'm gone. lol have fun and a great week doll!

I am so happy that you are beginning to see the difference. I agree that your goals sound very reasonable and doable. I understand the reluctance to go outside and get started more than you know. I keep telling myself that I have to go to the gym but never seem to get inside the door. i am really freaked our by it apparently. that or i am just lazy. I have been walking for the past few weeks simply because I have to do so in order to get to work. That has been very good for me. I even walked on Saturday and Sunday! Big deal for me as I would normally just sit in the bed and watch tv. But I still can't get myself into the gym!!! Gonna try again tonight :) Wish me luck!! maybe we can conquer our fears/reluctances together

Congrats on the Strawberry festival! I totally hate crowds too... causes me stress and I start getting grumpy, so it's awesome that you survived it there for 2 hours! And you can get down to the 320... we'll do it together... you work out each day, and so will I!! :)

hey girl! I have noticed that I get self concious (sp?)when I walk without my sunglasses on! Sunglasses hide my eyes so even if people are looking at me they cant see if I am looking at them or not!

That so great that you are getting yourself out there again! A few cookies every now and then will not hurt. I actually found if I "cheat" a couple of times during the week (nothing over board) but have a treat, I actually will lose more then if I don't. Have a great rest of your day.
