Oh my goodness, what a week! Epic highs and record lows. Thank god it's Friday, and spring break has officially begun!
Final grade in pharmacology: 98%. Not too shabby at all ;). All the girls who came to my study group passed as well, even better.
Went straight to the gym this morning to work off all the stress. I killed it on the precor (a type of elliptical that focuses on glutes) for 45 minutes. Not only can I handle that long of a workout at increased resistance, but during my cool down when my heart rate was still in the 160's I realized that I was breathing through my nose only. No huffing and puffing here, a very sure indicator of excellent cardiac and respiratory function. When we exercise it isn't just our butts, legs, or arms that get stronger. A great ass is nice, but a strong heart is priceless.
So what now?? Relaxation perhaps lol. Gotta get to the grocery store (again, I practically live there) and get something planned for dinner. No plans for the weekend as of yet, but I'm sure I'll think of something.
Have a wonderful day and a great weekend buddies!
