Follow-up Report: RE: (Stupid Old Buffet) posted on March 23
Hello, FS Buddies/Friends:
I would honestly rate myself a solid C+ on my portions
and choices on the Buffet...
However,that being said if I had it to "do over" I would
just order from the menu- - -
I would have eaten FEWER calories and enjoyed it more...
the silver lining is since I ate MINDFULLY and I posted here and was/am accountable to you "guys", I didn't "ruin" my whole week with one GIANT buffet "pig-out", as I always did in my UN-MIndful (pre-healthy choice)days.
This coming Friday, I will start a journal discussion "jump-off" of
"reasons to avoid buffets". Hope several of you will participate.
BTW- - Had a wonderful vacation and anytime I am with our grand-daughter (4+) it always motivates me since I would really like to see her graduate from high school and maybe even college...y'all have a happy "hump-day" filled with healthy choices....see ya Friday :)

Acronyms, and I only came up with a few words for the SOB: (S)-Sabotage, Or Seductive (O)-Over eating Overindulge, Obesity and (B)- Buffet! Well, I am bringing my parents to Mohegan Sun Casino this weekend, and they ALWAYS want to eat every meal at the buffets. I'm not going to stress about it though. I will try to be mindful, so I don't go over board, but honestly I think I might just try and enjoy it a little and get back on track on Monday. That being said, it will be the drinks that kill me! Kuddos to you though for not over doing it too much!
