Today was not a good day i was sick I went to the doctor and I have sinus infection along with severe allergic reaction to the sprouting of pear trees in my neighbor hood their spores filled with pollen was everywhere Today was a prime example of what I do I am an emotional eater Keep in mind I could not breathe through my nose SOooooo... I really could not taste the pizza at the time I was eating it...Oh well My dinner was much more tastier I used Old Bay seasoning along with Slap Your Momma Seasoning for two tilapia fillets baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes along with spring steam peas yes from a can I know I should have gone with fresh but did have that for the moment and steamed rice with broccoli and carrots in it NO CHEESE that was the sacrifice If you thinking I had cheese with the Pizza for lunch you are right but I did not taste it the fish on the other hand the meds kicked in and Bam!!! Woke my taste buds up it was so good Im having it for lunch tom as well and turkey burger no bun for dinner tom Another day tom....Usually I would throw in the towel because I had one bad meal due to emotional anxiety but that moment and many more like it is why I am over 250 lbs so Today is over tom is a new day
