I'm officially changing my diet to the Virgin Diet, even though I won't be following it exactly. Mostly because of the shakes. But I think an elimination diet will work well for me. I've "known" (aka "suspected") I had food intolerance issues for decades. This diet addresses those concerns. I've been cutting out the suspect foods for about a week and I feel a lot better. I think I may even be able to ditch my daily antihistamine soone.
