Chocolate vs. Green beans





Kcal per 100 gram: 541 vs. 36

to really compare you should multiply the beans by 15, because you can eat 15 times as much beans before you get the kcals same as chocolate...

so 541 Kcal chocolate compared to 541 Kcal of green beans:

carbs: 55 (all sugar) vs. 90 (only 36 sugar)
fat: 31.5 (19 sat.) vs. 4.5 (0 sat.)

food for thought... A chocolate bar is not bad... look at the amount of potassium in there! Look at the protein, did you know that?

only problem is, can you stay at 100 grams? i know i stop eating the green beans after about 150 to 200 grams for sure! But the chocolate? i would eat the bar... that is all those nice values stated above times 5...
salt times 5, saturated fats times 5, and dont forget the calories times 5...


so for the same amount of calories you can now choose...
[i]I agree, i still take the 100 grams of chocolate over the 1.5 kilo of green beans (*lol*)

Serve me up a nice helping of green beans sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and sliced almonds. Then I'll have the chocolate for dessert.
