yucky. that describes how i feel, and looking back on journal, how i have felt all week. it's TOM, so some of the bloated yuck feeling comes from that, but some of it is bad choices ( dinner with dawn instead of workout, birthday pizza instead of workout) i need to get back on track, and get away from this all or nothing mentality. I am up early, a good start and will plan for a good day.
