Work week was tough last week and without a lunch hour, I didn't get to the gym at all. Then the last two days, I ate peach cobbler on Sunday at a Father's Day Dinner, then yesterday I ate bread with my Subway sandwich. Not surprised to see a 3 pound gain when I stepped on the scale today - but oh it felt good to get back in the gym and run for 20 minutes. Missed that! Feel great now.
