Ate my breakfast, as per usual. Then my day took a left turn.
Met up with a girlfriend I haven't seen in a couple of weeks. Decided to go to our favourite sushi bar. Totally pigged out on Green Dragon Maki (which is just California Rolls wrapped in more avocado), Dynamite Maki and Yam Tempura Maki. Even had some chicken gyoza dumplings and some edamame.
Then realized I had to be at work in about 20 minutes.
So even though I was a total lunch pig, I never got to eat dinner. But I didn't feel hungry. Must've been all the rice that filled me up!
Hopefully I can get everything back in balance for tomorrow. (Funny how a low calorie day can make me feel as guilty as an overly high calorie one...)
