Up to 4-5 miles walking a day. When I first started it was a mile if I even bothered. The last mile is tough, but it's the best one! Started today working to get rid of flabby arms. They have got to go! I want to be able to wear sleeveless tops! I'm using canned beans to do it. LOL. It works!
