I have already lost 26 lbs. by calorie counting and it become tiresome after 5 months and I have stopped losing weight. I switched to low carb a few days ago.

Broke Plateau
I did it! After 4 weeks with no weight loss I kicked that plateaus butt! I smashed it! I killed it! I put that UNDER!! BAM!Dropped 6 pounds in 9 days and finally made it to 184. I changed from low calories (1200-1400) to low carb and increased walking, number days per week and number of miles per day. I weighed again this morning and looks like I could have lost another 1-2 lbs. But I'll wait till Tuesday to make that a permanent call.

Phentermine experiences?
I've dropped 26 lbs. under my Dr.'s supervision using Phentermine. It made it easier to hold to 1200-1400 calories per day. He let me stay on it a little longer, but as long as my weight loss was 5 lbs. a month he was ok with it. I used it years ago and really kept the weight off for 10+ years. I was much more active then.

Thank you Horseshu1, No breading, seared. I'll adjust my portion. I am thinking 3 oz would be 1/2 cup or one serving, 7 carbs. I'm certain ate 1 cup so I made it two servings. Still the label says zero and everything else is between 3 & 7. Live and Learn!!
