Hmm... I'm not doing as well as I hoped. My weight is sliding in the wrong direction and I mildly injured my back, so I've been out of the gym for 4 days, although I have at least done lots of light exercise and walking in lieu of aerobics classes. I'm still deciding for today. I think I might trying swimming or walking again and some stuff at home. My back is less sore, but I don't think I'll pace myself well enough in a class not to risk making it worse. A friend suggested some gentle stretches and exercises that have helped too and so I think I"m going to have to get back to counting calories. I"m just not doing well enough on my own.
