Well today was a strange day... I am finally below the 205 mark. It only took 2 months... Today also marks the first time I have ever fainted. It is not an experience I ever want to repeat again...EVER! Completely surreal and unnerving and a little painful too. Oh and also embarrassing! I'm actually having a few good days sticking to a lowered RDI. In the next few days though I will be dropping my RDI again. I joined a challenge with a 1500 RDI for two weeks, now this should be a real challenge. We'll see how it goes for a few days. I'm kinda worried after that fainting spell I had this morning so I'm going to have to be attentive to how I'm feeling with less calories.
