Upping my caloric intake starting today. Going to try to put on 10-15lbs of good muscle over the next couple of months.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3137 kcal Fat: 123.58g | Prot: 145.47g | Carb: 331.97g.   Breakfast: Italian Bread, Butter, Coffee, 2% Fat Milk, Granulated Sugar. Lunch: Lettuce, Tomato, Real Mayonnaise, Italian Bread, Swiss Cheese, Roast Beef. Dinner: Merlot Wine, American Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Italian Bread, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Chicken Parmesan, Pepperoni, Cheese Filled Tortellini. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Tortellini Pasta with Cheese Filling, Pepperoni, Pure Protein Peanut Butter Caramel Surprise High Protein Bar, Ube purple yam candy. more...
