I have been pretty okay on my diet, no crazy binges that last a few days or a week. So that is good. My chocolate obsession has pretty much dissipated. Yesterday my diet was good until I was waiting for my bf to finish cooking dinner, I was so hungry I had a tablespoon of peanut butter on an apple wedge and a handful of Monster Trail mix. If I would of avoided that then I wouldn't of gone over my RDI. Then again I stayed below 100g carbs. I was about 60-70g yesterday.

My new Mini goals are:
1. No cheat meals
2. No more ODing on Chocolate.
3. Try not to snack too much before dinner.
4. Work out consistently 6 days a week

If I notice I am having a bad craving I think a piece of chocolate should do it. Or finding something healthy that can feel like a cheat meal without all the guilt, sugar and carbs. I always find a latte with some stevia and cream is always a treat to me. It is even more of a treat with SF syrup. But I try to avoid processed anything. But in the time of a craving crisis, its better than eating a basket of French fries.

Lastly, today is my first MMA class. Wish me luck. I hope I get hooked. I am very shy with people I don't know. SO Hopefully I can warm up to the people in these classes quickly. My boyfriend calls me his clammy. Because I am as shy as a clam when I first meet people.

Last night, my daughter told me she is an "omnivert"--she loves to be with people and be the center of attention, but she also likes to be alone sometimes. I think that describes a lot of us. I hope the MMA class went well.
