Pretty good day~

I forgot to say I got a Fitbit on Sunday & set it up :)

I wore it last night and today. So far, I'm not moving enough, so I'll try to get on the tread mill after dinner. My sleep seemed to be decent :)

I ran out of eggs, so I had to improvise.

Breakfast: Smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onions, garlic pepper, tea
Lunch: pizza toppings peeled off pizza slices and added to Caesar salad (croutons removed), a little bit of roast pork
Dinner: low carb friendly Coquille St. Jacques, kale, butter & spices
Snacks: pepperoni & coconut oil
