Fasted 23 hours. I was feeling kind of queasy but felt like I should eat something so I had some of the pasta bake and toast. It was yummy.

Ha ha, ok, everyone over to my place for pasta bake, pronto!!! 💕💕💕💕 BTW, I tried Barilla high protein penne and I did it 8n the instant pot (no boil) and honestly it was very good and took about 15 minutes to put together. And it made a ton. Totally recommend. Also, I put it 8n my cookbook here and it's like 350 calories for a fairly generous serving.
