So tired of up and down daily. I am gonna have to do this with better focus and more determination---quit this half-hearted, changing-with-moods behavior!

Towards work, working out, eating right, and sequestering.
New rules:
1. stick to my workout schedule in the morning and work all day.
2. count points religiously
3. no weighing until Tuesday
4. no distractions with friends, daydreaming about fun stuff to do after my deadlines, and others (emails, FB,phone calls!)

Goals:
1. writing target for the new week (as mentioned in my scheduler) (TENURE=T)
2. working out 6 days, per schedule (no argument, no wimping out!) (GYM=G)
3. meet daily diet objectives: no cheating on diet..stick to my points daily! (DIET=D)

NEW ACRONYM MANTRA: TGD!!!! (Ah, also spells Thank God! :))

Don't beat yourself up, Girlfriend. It is SO difficult to stay on track day in and day out especially when other things in life get in the way! It's good that you have written out your rules and goals. Try your best to stick with them, BUT if you slip along the way it's okay. Pick yourself back up and keep on trying. Also, make sure you set yourself up with reasonable rules and goals that you know you can keep up with so that you don't set yourself up for failure. You can always start out with something simpler and then add to it as you meet your goals. Then you'll have more of a sense of accomplishment and not beat yourself up so much! ROCK ON! YOU CAN DO THIS!! :)

Great acronym! Take it hour by hour if you have to. Working out first thing in the morning helps everything else fall into place for me. The energy is up and I think it burns more of the calories consumed that day too (or at least I like to think so). Take it hour by hour!

Hi honey bunches! what can I say to you that I don't already say on the phone?! LOL oh! I know...I cannot wait to see you in less than 2 weeks!! I'm counting the days and marking them off my calendar! love you tons!
