Today I weighed in at 139 which I haven't seen in forever, but I'm waiting on actually recording it because today was a going away party for one of the girls at my office and some cake and cookies later and that pound could creep back in no time. I've been working on my carbs (not today obviously) and consciously trying to do better and suddenly my weight is going down, so that must be a key or at least something to break the roadblock I had. My husband thought I was crazy when I said I wanted to watch my carbs, but maybe if I keep seeing results he'll change his mind.
