Okay...been on the elliptical 30 min each night this week so far. Haven't lost another ounce...seem to have hit another one of my weekly plateaus..YUK. So discouraging. But there is no choice other than to keep on keeping on...trip to Hawaii is 33 days away and I still have 17 lbs to lose. Doesn't look like I'm going to make it at this pace! Oh well...still gonna keep trying :)

Your chart looks great. You haven't plateaued at all. Staying the same for a few days is normal. If you want to kick up the weight loss, maybe try upping your protein. You can also try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals with some protein at each meal. You are doing great!!
