I really messed up at a bbq this pm. I am so mad at myself, but everyone was pigging out and it was hard to resist. Not much left for me to eat but fondue and meat. You have to eat fondue with bread, so......then I had a cookie and a piece of tarte and it was all over.... :(

You just have to forgive yourself and move on. We all have challenges and sometimes it is impossible to stay on plan due to the situation. But don't let this one event - throw you off for several days.
