141.6.

I've been eating ridiculously and haven't weighed myself in almost two months.

I'm really disappointed, but I know it's my own fault and all I can do is work hard to get back to where I was.

Yesterday I wore my pedometer to work for the first time since I started working there over a year ago.

I walk to and from work, and walk everywhere really because I have no driver's license and never plan on getting one.
And my job is pretty active, walking around the store.

I got 16,725 steps yesterday!

That classifies me as "very active."

I also watched what I ate yesterday for the first time in a long time, had a peach, blackberries, a salad I made myself at the salad bar at the grocery store, a few cookies, and some garlic bread.

Anyway.
It's time to get back on track.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its never to late to get back on track. Its so hard to change your eating habits after years of doing what you want. I think food is addictive and since it has no immediate negative effects its so easy to over consume. I am currently trying to make this a life style change...the way I eat, the way I work out, my daily routine....it has been a challenge. I commend you for jumping back on after falling off...thats the challenge I have not had yet...I am so scared to fall off for fear that I wont get back on...while I know most people are against it...I stay on target by weighing myself everyday, so even if the numbers go up (trends...not daily fluctuations), I can modify my exercise or eating habits accordingly. Good luck!

hey, I feel the same too. However, don't give up. It will never be too late to get back on track. :)

Agree with LaShun. The beauty about life is that it gives us another chance to do the things we need to do. I have to often remind myself that nothing is more important than my health. Remember, taking even little steps towards better health does a lot of good for your body, and the junk foods we eat today sets us up for all kinds of problems down the road. So keep up the good work eating healthy & staying active. I wish you well buddy.
