Monday I officially started Shaun T's Focus T25 program. It's along the lines of Insanity or P90x but only 25 min a day. Perfect for those with busy lives. I'm loving it so far but I def had to change my protein shake because my slimfast/meijer brand (whatever was cheapest lol) wasnt cutting it they only had about 3g of protein... My new protein powder has 30g... So hopefully I'll avoid the shakes I got yesterday.
