So tonight i wanted a late night snack, and instead of pudding or popcorn, i had some strawberries with fat free cool whip. sweet urge satisfied with way less guilt!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
