Didn't bust my RDI, but I had a bit too much wine, that's why I say reasonably well. Now let's hope I can stay focused next week end and not take back everything I'll have lost this week.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
