Emotionally, I feel like I'm stalling in my weight loss. I'm just not feeling it. I'm still eating good and making good choices, but I'm having more slip-ups. For example, the other night I had two schnitzels for dinner -- and I'm not measuring like I did in the beginning. "Aproximately". I need to knock that out...that's the thing that's going to affect my WL the most. Just guessing. I know how that works -- initially, I do a good job, then the portion sizes get bigger and bigger and then I'm gaining weight again.

And I haven't been drinking water. I've probably only had like 5 liters since Friday. I used to drink 3 liters a day. With these two things factored in, I don't think I'm going to have any WL for this week.

OK, so why don't I get off my butt and fix it??? Cmon, Girl, you can do it!

I'm going to weigh and measure everything that goes into my mouth. And I'm going to drink 3 liters of water a day.
