Crazy week. Wrked a double shift, had my mom's Birthday party and a Wake. I ate and journaled ok but some days were really hard to get all the water in.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
