Gained a pound today, not sure why. Oh well. Vacation starts tonight after work. Woo-hoo. Will try to continue workouts of sorts while out of town. I finally did my measurements a little over a week ago for one of my challenges and am happy to announce I have lost an inch in my hips and waist. Yeah!

Vacations are tough....I've already mentioned to my fiance' about taking my workout dvds with us on our honeymoon. I was surprised to hear he was all for it. He's so good! (He's my workout buddy...we're both working on our health.) Just do your best...and do what's right. If you slip, forgive yourself, and get back to what's right for you asap. Enjoy your vacation!

Don't worry about gaining just one pound and vacations are tough. Someone said "follow the diet 80% of the time and do the best you can the rest of the time." I think the other 20% applies to vacations. Have fun and don't stress over it. Tell Bubba and Barnes I said hello. Congrats on losing the inches - that's fantastic!
