Today was a fasting day for me and I could not sustain it this time. It was a high stress day, everything that could go wrong did go wrong and when I got home this evening I was starving and nearly in pain from the hunger, so I grabbed a can of fish steaks in hot sauce and snarffed them down. I feel better now and the screaming memeies in my stomach have stopped but this is the first time I have had this happen. Yesterday I had trouble reaching my RDI and I ended up with only 888 calories for the day, I guess if my intake is too low the previous day I don't have enough glucose to fuel my fasting day. I did listen to my body and I gave it a small amount of protein and some fat without going crazy. We will see what tomorrow brings
