Ok, I have decided not to weigh myself everyday. I will do it in intervals so that I don't second guess myself when I know that I am following the plan.
That being said, there is a weigh in holiday as this weekend will be a Daddy and Daughter event. I will try to stick to my plan but I will not beat myself up if I deviate a slight bit. Looking forward to this President's day weekend.
