I know that the weight gain is not because of the total calories that I am taking in. Probably an issue with digestion overall. I will continue on my path and not let this weight anomaly affect my focus. Onward and upward.

In my case, sometimes even though I do everything right (in my opinion), the scale just doesn't agree. I quit recording weigh-ins everyday because it made my weight progress chart look like a saw blade! But if you look at the big picture, all of those ups and downs are still going downward! (I still weigh everyday, but only record once a week) Hopefully this is the case with you. Hang in there and stay the course. You'll get there.

another trick to help digestion is to drink about a table spoon of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water about 30min before every meal. I read about this on a view sites. It has more benefits than just helping digestion too
