I gained 10 pounds in one day on Saturday and was embarrassed to mention it. But I'm back on track and losing again at a steady rate. I don't look any fatter though and I can see my arms getting tighter. I am going to refrain from partying this weekend and should be back in the 270s on Sunday.
281.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
