Today I think I just passed an important milestone in my no-processed sugars adventure...
This morning, when I went to eat my coconut milk yogurt (plain), I was disgusted at the thought of how sweet it was. Couldn't bring myself to eat it. It was the last bit of cane sweetener I was holding on to (because of the convenience). It was still an unprocessed sugar (evaporated cane sugar), but my body said No, No, No.
So, I ate 1/2 of my lunch for breakfast. Oh well, I'll just have an additional snack later.
