Hopefully this means that even though I have a lot of stress right now, I'm getting back control of my snacking.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good loss! From my experience, exercise can be some of the best stress release you can get.

Thanks everyone. I have tried to make more of an effort with working out the last 3 days. Have to make sure not to over do it, since I'm already physically and emotionally drained. What little I'm doing seems to be working right now.
