Thank goodness the holiday is over..Stayed on plan the whole time.I did however eat too much meat yesterday and I had a few drinks(vodka).Scales don't show a gain so no harm done.Cooked and had over a hundred people here on Sunday just when all the storms in.My floors are a mess,but everyone had a good time.Glad its over.Back to the gym today and planning meals. Hope all my friends had a good holiday week-end. nonna
