Memorial family get together was great. I did awesome on my atkins! was a little scared because I love to eat at bbq's. great thing is I did eat just had the good stuff. And I came home with no guilt! woo hooo..
I am scared to step on scale, because I know I will think I should have lost more. Silly Girl! on the other had i can tell my clothes fit a little diffrent so Im gonna stick with that feeling a lil while longer.
