So far today I made up a dinner menu for myself even though it's my free day and I get to eat 1800 cals. I wanted to get an ideal about what my calorie intake would be like eating out at a Chinese restaurant. I can't believe the net carbs for chicken and broccoli was so high it's 22 grams for 1 cup.

Hopefully I won't eat any more then this ,but I'll finish my journal tonight for the latest update.

I can't believe it I only ate 1248 calories today.
