Hello Fellow FS Warriors,
Something to hopefully give y'all a smile. This morning I weighed and on a whim decided to see what would happen if I very gently held on the side of the kitchen counter as I weighed. I really thought I would weigh slightly more...Instead I weighed 50 lbs LESS...LOL...so NOW if I can just find the kitchen counter beside the scale at Dr.s office....LOL...Y'all have a great day filled with healthy choices :)

I like to hold on to something too; but, there is a time we have to let go of the counter. LOL! Thanks for the chuckles!

Scale humor, I love it! Thanks. :D I never rely on my doctor's scale, as it is always wrong. I weigh myself every Monday around the same time and that is the scale I go by. I see it must be a tuna kinda day. At the Joneses, we are having Tuna NoOdle Casserole for dinner and for a few meals after that. I haven't had for a long time. YUM. And of course with a side salad.
