Movin on Down. :) Was a little high in calories and sodium yesterday, so the drop is a surprize. All went well at my Doctor's appointment though. My stitches are out, and as long as it looks fine and I have no problems, I don't have to go back in two weeks. Looking forward to getting in some Sweaty exercise today..then again with it as hot as it is here, just standing outside will make you sweat. XD Going to start out this afternoon and go for a 1 mile walk near the house, and slowly ease back into the routine of multiple miles. Learned my lesson about jumping into you old level of activity and your body not being ready for it. If I feel like I can walk another mile after the first one, then I might. ^.^ Think I'll make it a family thing too, We'll all go out just before dinner when is a wee bit cooler. Going to try fish soup tonight, so wish me luck on that!!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 53.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Making Fish soup tonight. Add the recipe to my cookbook, but haven't set it to 'share' yet so I can edit it later. I think my serving size is off, but we'll see. XD When I make soup, I usually make a really big pot, and I think this will be too...I want enoug for leftovers tomorrow.
