I have been exercising on a daily basis and I am happy to say that I am on the right track. I am pretty happy with my rate and would like to continue on. I wish that I could continue this during the summer, but I will not be able to go to the gym. I will try to workout at home, but I think it will take more of an effort to burn what I did when I was at the gym. Lifting weights is something good for me, i feel that with these weights I have come to realize that I can have a little muscle instead of nothing.
