I'm feeling much better since I've lost just 5 lbs. To everyone on this site, keep up the great work! This takes willpower, and persistance, it may even take a change in your daily routine. Off that chair.. away from that fridge... yes step away from the fridge...out of the pantry! no snacking.. :0) One of the hardest things for me to overcome was not eating what my family was eating. I now have learned the benefit of making my own supper seperate from their "beef and potatoes". I feel lighter, and can move around better already. I got my first compliment on weight loss today, and she did not know I was dieting.
