Fasted 23 hours. Sorry, I am in reruns. I just didn't feel like eating my veggies today. I have been busy and the heat just saps my appetite, and creativity. I accidentally ordered 2 boxes of clif builders bars when I meant to just try one. Yikes, not cheap, dollar-wise or calorie-wise! But I might have one and call it a night.

Ouch! That must have been pricey. Can’t return them? I really like the white chocolate macadamia nit ones but they are so high in calories the only time I’ve even have them is on backpacking trips.
