What Wifey said. I look like a truck ran over me, backed up and did it again after a workout. To be fair the before is not much better! Anyway, you look great, healthy and in shape.

Adorable. I'm too old to lift heavy. I'm in PT for my shoulders. I wish I had lifted heavier and kept it up. my shoulders are so weak and painful now. I'm not giving in though.
