A full day of eating out...Red Lobster-broiled flounder with grilled chicken...but on website the chicken had 16 carbs!! No idea why - it didn't have any sauce. Outback thought I did good by ordering the Alice Springs Chicken (my favorite) - boy was I surprised! Wonder if the info includes the honey mustard sauce which I didn't eat. OH well just have to work extra hard on Saturday!!

Some days you just make the best choices you can and live to fight another day. Pat yourself on the back for at least trying to keep the carbs in line!
