A full day of eating out...Red Lobster-broiled flounder with grilled chicken...but on website the chicken had 16 carbs!! No idea why - it didn't have any sauce. Outback thought I did good by ordering the Alice Springs Chicken (my favorite) - boy was I surprised! Wonder if the info includes the honey mustard sauce which I didn't eat. OH well just have to work extra hard on Saturday!!
