this is the first time that I can remember actually doing a 60 carb day! I have never tried, so it was interesting. I didn't get hungry at all. I just got a little headache for a while. It felt good because I have been eating far too many carbs lately. They seem to be a little addicting. So, I would like to do it again tomorrow. We will see...I am out and about and that is harder, but I certainly will try. The low carbs made me calmer, more even energy throughout the day. Not up and down like I usually have...luv, mary
