I think I will just not weigh myself tomorrow and conclude that I will lose .2 pounds and weigh 208 tomorrow! Lol. .2 pounds a day all week long...crazy!
208.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Thanks skwhite. And you too Draglist. Saw your post. You must be feeling really strong this week with all the workouts you had last week. I think it's time to kick it up on the weight training for me as well.
